The whole experience was comfortable. Clean, fantastic value hotel, the location was brilliant close to the beach and others attractions as well as restaurants. I took a bright room with a balcony, a comfy bed, the bigger bedroom. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators upon arrival. Nice and exceptional staff suggested restaurants...

I came here for 2 days and the hotel was lovely and absolutely amazing. It had a marvelous location next to Skegness town and seafront, close to the beach and other attractions, as well as all the local amenities and restaurants.

The hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly and exceptional. The room is reasonably spacious with a bigger bedroom and a balcony. The location is marvelous and brilliant, within walking distance to pubs and restaurants. The hotel is found in a great area.
